Victor Palinczar, Ph.D. is the chief scientist for McNabb Nutraceuticals LLC. He has been engaged in sunblock research for over 25 years and developed the world’s first broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) waterproof sunblock with an SPF above 30. He also developed the world’s first waterproof aerosol spray with an SPF over 15, as well as the world’s first waterproof child sunblock pump product.
Victor has been awarded 22 patents, listed in Who’s Who of American Inventors and selected as New Jersey’s Inventor of the Year.
